As an older single mom (mid-40's) of one school-age child (9 yr old girl), I find it is not always easy to find opportunities for group activities that both my child and I can enjoy. This group was created so "older" single moms of an only child can meet others in our unique circumstances. This group also welcomes married older parents of an only child and older single parents of more than one.
