I started this group so single parents and their children could meet other people in a similar situation to get support from and maybe have some fun too!

Hi everyone! I've decided to start this group because my husband and I are driving each other crazy needing to get out and socialize. We are young, fun, friendly and active. So what's the catch, you ask? We don't know many people in the area and we have a small child. We are looking for couples and parents like us to eat, drink, play and be merry with - sometimes as families, sometimes as just couples, just the ladies or just the men.

It is very important for kids (and their caregivers) to have social interaction. Play is such an integral part of learning for little ones. We want to make it easier for families and their children to find local things to do.
